This battle is Wednesday January 30th at Acero in Maplewood. For reservations, please call Acero at (314.644.1790) or book online at Fialafood.com. Starts at 6:30pm and is $45 per judge/guest.

1st Course - Black Eyed Peas

2nd Course - Salt Cod

3rd Course - Beef

Dessert Course - Mascarpone
