Acero is a northern Italian themed restaurant created by Jim Fiala and operated under friend and chef Adam Gnau. In a town known for Italian food, specifically Sicilian, Acero was met enthusiastically by the local food community of press, foodies and restauranteurs as a haven for their quest for authentic Emilio Romagnan and Peidmontese cuisine. A focused “Italian only” wine list has created a buzz in the area for regional wine that matches the food on every occasion. Dining room is under direction of Samuel T. Foley.
