Wine List:

Featuring local “farm to table” food using a breadth of farmers in the Missouri and Illinois communities. People often ask me to define The Crossing and I find it difficult to put a label on what I am hoping to achieve here. I often say that I am a chef that buys locally whenever possible and cooks as any French and/or Italian chef would given the ingredients sourced. Joining Jim is Chef Matt Abeshouse who brings a wealth of passion and expertise in classic French cuisine to the kitchen. Our food is fresh, organic (whenever possible), seasonal and by design very simple. We try to stay true to classic techniques and love showing off our skills and passion for elegant food.

Please Note: For the first time in 14 years due to rising cost of glassware and wine inventory I have decided to raise the corkage price to $25 per bottle. As always I love to cook for you when you want to enjoy that special bottle from your cellar.
