During the past year I found it increasingly tough to gain traction of customers dining downtown at nighttime. Therefore, with the end of my lease at the Terrace View on December 31st I have decided not to renew my lease. This decision pains my heart as I, my team and the Gateway Foundation have attempted to create an amazing location to draw people into the city to dine, relax and enjoy the beauty of the Citygarden. I am looking forward to the Gateway Foundation finding a new tenant to bring St. Louis a wonderful restaurant for you to return downtown to the garden and enjoy the beauty of downtown. As for me, I will continue to have a full plate as I strive to spend time with my family, my three restaurants and friends. Thank you for your friendship, patronage and support over the past two and a half years at the Terrace View.
